MANITOWOC, Wis.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Orion Energy Systems is pleased to announce that Marc Meade has been named Executive Vice President.

Prior to his appointment as Executive Vice President, Marc most recently served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Operations with responsibility for operations management, corporate financial management and project finance management. Since joining Orion in 2009, Marc has held various positions with increasing responsibility including Director of Business Development for Orion Energy Systems, Finance and Taxation manager for Orion Engineered Systems, and Vice President of Finance and Operations for Orion Asset Management.

Prior to joining Orion, Marc worked with Schenck Business Solutions, a large Wisconsin-based accounting firm, in the governmental accounting department, and served as retail division manager for a large agricultural cooperative.
