James Jackson's proven track record of delivering results will further advance Orion's future growth plans

MANITOWOC, Wis.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Orion Energy Systems, Inc. (NYSE Amex: OESX), a leading power technology enterprise, announced today that James Jackson has joined the company as Senior Vice President of Sales.

James will be responsible for all sales activities for Orion including sales forecasting, budgeting, and daily management to ensure deliverables are met. Most recently, he held the position of Channel Manager at Cisco Systems, where he was responsible for working directly with senior leadership at key strategic channel partners to accelerate growth and profitability.

James has more than 15 years of sales leadership, channel management, and business development experience as well as emerging market expertise in the technology and general contracting sectors, including Executive Vice President of Tri-North Builders, President of Plugged In, LLC and Vice President of Comprehensive Computer Consulting, Inc.
